Cemetery & Parks Meeting

The meeting was opened at 6:35M
Present were, Ray Boyes, Tubby Boucher, John Barett, Roger Rapoza Sr., Department Crew and Pam Haman.
Bills and Deeds were approved and signed.
Superintendents Report:
Budget most likely will be level funded for the next fiscal year. Employees maybe getting the 2.5 % rate increase. Budget forms will need to be submitted in late January.
Increase Dane Ball’s hours to 32. This is a priority which will be included in the upcoming budget.
Purchase of new lawn mower in the spring, trading in one of the older models.
Planting of smaller trees in Common to replace older ones that have been removed.
Job posting for Temporary Seasonal Labor, several of the crew have or will be reducing hours to do other jobs or college.
Meeting adjourned to the department’s annual Christmas gathering.
